A two member delegation from the International Business Academy (IBA), Kolding, Denmark visited Royal University of Dhaka on 16 March 2014. The team was led by Mr. Rickard Lindquist, the Vice President of IBA, and the other member of the team was Ms. Birde Berg, program Director of IBA. Mr. Jalal Khaled of the Embassy of Denmark in Dhaka also accompanied the team. IBA visited five prominent universities in Bangladesh, during their visit to RUD, IBA team expressed their interest to offer exchange programme for masters’ and bachelors including 2+2 for bachelor students of RUD.
The Danish Delegation was received by Prof. Dr. Engr. Hasan Imtiaz Chowdhury, the Vice Chancellor of RUD. They attended a bilateral meeting with RUD officials where, BOT members Mr. Imran Iqbal and Mr. Jamal G. Ahmed were also present. During the visit, the IBA team observed some RUD activities and held a seminar with the students and the potential candidates for the exchange program.
