Royal University of Dhaka (RUD) understands the need for an entirely new outlook on university education. Our education philosophy is not simply to produce more business graduates, IT specialists, or accountants. Education must groom visionary leaders and entrepreneurs who can contribute and add value to society.
The Government has encouraged private initiatives, particularly in higher education. Beginning in the early 1990s, the number of private universities has now already risen to more than one hundred. This is a significant development in forging public–private partnerships in providing what was traditionally considered public good.
Royal University of Dhaka (RUD) has been set up at this critical juncture with a commitment to providing quality education to the students. Therefore, students should be receptive, interactive and attentive.
